M&S flame baked roti
1 handful
parsley
1/2 finely chopped, 1/2 chopped
1 pot
(230 g)
tzatziki
1
red onion
1/2 thinly sliced, 1/2 grated
1 handful
pomegranate seeds

Method

Step 1
Heat a frying pan over a medium flame and add a little cooking oil.
Step 2
Mix your beef mince (500 g) with the grated red onion (1/2) , finely chopped parsley (1/2 handful) and season generously with salt and pepper. Shape your beef mince into koftas.
Step 3
Fry your koftas in the pan for around 10 minutes until they’re cooked all the way through. Turn often to ensure an even colour.
Step 4
While your koftas are cooking, grill the roti (2) .
Step 5
Once cooked, top the roti with the koftas, tzatziki (1 pot) , parsley (1/2 handful) , sliced red onion (1/2) and pomegranate seeds (1 handful) .
