45 g
raspberry coulis
or strawberry sauce
1 handful
strawberries , sliced

M&S Scottish all-butter shortbread rounds , crumbled
45 mL
double cream
lightly whipped

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Place a scoop of ice-cream (2 scoops) in the bottom of a sundae glass.
Step 2
Alternate layers of sauce (45 g) , strawberries (1 handful) and crumbled shortbread (2) on top.
Step 3
Add the second scoop of ice-cream and keep layering the sauce, strawberries and shortbread – reserving some to decorate – until the glass is full.
Step 4
Top with whipped cream (45 mL) and finish with your remaining strawberries, a drizzle of sauce and some more crumbled shortbread.
