Step 1
Soak the traditional porridge oats (60 g) , Plant Kitchen unsweetened almond drink (240 mL) , apple (1) and blueberries (40 g) in the fridge overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, sprinkle with the blanched hazelnuts (15 g) and top with the banana (1) . For a richer texture, add a scoop of coconut pot (15 g) and a drizzle of M&S pure honey (as needed) , if you like.
