M&S classic tomato everything sauce
1 pack
(500 g)
tagliatelle
1 handful
basil

Method

Step 1
Heat the olive oil (15 mL) in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Step 2
Cut the Collection Italian-style pork sausages (400 g) into bite-sized pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden all over.
Step 3
Stir in the M&S classic tomato everything sauce (1 jar) then fill the jar one-third with water, swirl round and add to the pan as well. Stir everything to combine then simmer for 6-8 minutes until the sausage is cooked through.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle (1 pack) according to pack instructions and drain well.
Step 5
Serve the sausage ragu with the pasta and garnish with the basil (1 handful) .
