Method

Step 1
Heat the quinoa and bulgur wheat (1 pouch) according to the pack instructions.
Step 2
Toss the beans (1 tin) , parsley (1 handful) , mint (1 handful) and lemon juice (1) with 1 tbsp olive oil until combined.
Step 3
Serve the quinoa and bulgur wheat topped with the bean mix and the roasted roasted cauliflower and peppers (2 packs) .
