M&S free-range mixed size eggs

milk
100 g
unsalted butter , room temperature
200 g
M&S Madagascan vanilla icing
2 drops
red colouring gel
as needed
Percy Pig sweets
as needed
Percy Pig party sprinkles
as needed
M&S strawberry sauce

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/gas mark 4. Line a square 20cm cake tin.
Step 2
Empty the cake satchet (1 pack) into a bowl and add the milk (100 mL) , eggs (6) and butter (100 g) . Whisk to combine.
Step 3
Spoon into the tin then bake for 25-30 minutes, until risen and golden brown. Allow to cool completely in the tin.
Step 4
Meanwhile prep your pink icing by combining M&S Madagascan vanilla icing (200 g) with red colouring gel (2 drops) , if needed you can add another drop.
Step 5
Turn out of the tin then spread over the icing and decorate with Percy Pig sweets (as needed) , Percy Pig party sprinkles (as needed) and M&S strawberry sauce (as needed) .
