M&S risoni orzo pasta

chicken stock

Collection Italian baby artichokes
1 handful
parsley , roughly chopped

Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 4.
Step 2
Season your chicken thighs (1 pack) with salt and pepper. Heat a pan with 1tsp vegetable oil and once hot, seal the chicken on all sides.
Step 3
Add the thighs, orzo (200 g) , stock (500 mL) , lemons (2) and artichokes (1 jar) to a roasting tray.
Step 4
Roast for 25 minutes, ensuring the chicken is cooked all the way through and the orzo is soft.
Step 5
Top with parsley (1 handful) before serving.
