M&S unfiltered extra virgin olive oil

chilli flakes

Method

Step 1
Toast the sourdough (1 loaf) slices on both sides under a grill. Rub all over with the garlic (1 clove) clove.
Step 2
Heat a little olive oil (as needed) in a frying pan and cook the broccoli (1 pack) for 4-5 minutes, until tender and just charred around the edges.
Step 3
To assemble the bruschetta, top each slice of sourdough with some broccoli and tear over the mozzarella (1) . Season, drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil (45 mL) and scatter over the chilli flakes (2 g) .
