M&S classic tomato everything sauce
8 rashers
Collection dry-cured smoked streaky bacon rashers

M&S outdoor-bred pork sausages
skin removed and broken into pieces

M&S baby chestnut mushrooms

grated cheddar and mozzarella

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C fan.
Step 2
Line a large baking sheet with greaseproof paper and arrange the slices of M&S soft white farmhouse bread (8 slices) in two equal rows.
Step 3
Top the bread with the M&S classic tomato everything sauce (250 g) , followed by the Collection dry-cured smoked streaky bacon rashers (8 rashers) , M&S outdoor-bred pork sausages (3) , M&S baby chestnut mushrooms (75 g) and grated cheddar and mozzarella (150 g) .
Step 4
Crack the M&S free-range mixed size eggs (8) on top and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the egg whites have cooked.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and top with the basil leaves (4) and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with your favourite sauce.
