or wholemeal wrap or rotis

little gem lettuce , shredded

red cherry tomatoes , halved

M&S creamy tzatziki
1 handful
mint , leaves picked
to serve
1 pinch
chilli flakes
to serve

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (1/2) into the yogurt with 1 tbsp olive oil and some salt and pepper. Place the chicken thighs (1 pack) into a bowl and spoon over the yogurt (150 g) . Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, squeeze the juice of the other lemon (1/2) half over the red onion (1/2) and add a sprinkling of salt. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat a splash of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through, then remove from the pan and allow to cool slightly before slicing into strips.
Step 4
Heat the pittas (4) to the pack instructions.
Step 5
Pile the lettuce (2) and tomatoes (200 g) onto the wraps and top with the chicken and tzatziki (60 g) . Scatter over the mint (1 handful) and chilli flakes (1 pinch) . Serve with lemon wedges (1) .
