Method

Step 1
Whisk the soy sauce (45 mL) , vinegar (45 mL) , chilli flakes (2 g) , garlic (1 clove) , ginger (2 cm) , sesame oil (5 mL) and maple syrup (5 mL) and set aside. Meanwhile, toss together the carrot (1) , cabbage (1/4) and spring onion (4) with a sprinkle of salt.
Step 2
Pan-fry the gyozas (1 pack) according to the pack instructions. Toss half the dressing in the slaw, then serve the remaining dressing as a dipping sauce with the gyoza.
