Method

Step 1
Heat a splash of oil in a pan over a medium-high heat. Add the Select Farms British rump steaks (2) and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove and set aside.
Step 2
Melt the butter (100 g) in the pan, then add the bread (8 slices) and fry on both sides until slightly crisp. Remove the bread, then add the easy onions (1 jar) to warm through.
Step 3
To assemble, spread the deli mustard (100 g) over both slices of bread, then top with the onions. Slice the steaks and arrange on one piece of bread, followed by the watercress (1 bag) , then close the sandwich. Cut the sandwich in half to serve.
